English: Outbuildings at Castell The house has not fared so well as the outbuildings. It is on the right of the photo and now has a copse growing in it!
My great, great grandmother Mary Williams nee Morgan lived here when the 1881 and 1891 censuses were taken. Her husband John died aged 30 when they lived up the hill in Garn Fach. She came here and worked from home as a grocer and baker raising her 5 children alone. |
