Description
English: Ou khota or Ou khata is a cooked dish made from elephant apple. Elephant apple is cut into long pieces, marinated in turmeric powder and boiled in water, sautéed with poncho phutono/pancha phutana and cooked for some time with a little bit of salt and jaggery, garnished with grated coconut and cooked again for sometime.
