Description
English: Otaguro Park [1] [2] is a beautiful garden park that opened in 1981 in Suginami-ku, Tokyo. It has a cobblestone promenade lined with giant ginkgo and maple trees, a tea room, a lake brimming with carp, and the villa where music critic Motoo Otaguro once lived is open to the public as a museum.
