Español: Ostensorio de San Juan Nepomuceno, en el tesoro de la catedral de Sevilla. Fue adquirido en Roma por el cardenal Francisco de Solís y Folch de Cardona (1713-1775), que fue obispo de Córdoba y arzobispo de Sevilla, y debió ser realizado en un taller romano, según consta en una inscripción colocada en él, unos cinco años antes de ser adquirido por el cardinal Solís, e ingresó en el tesoro de la cathedral de Sevilla en 1780. También es conocido con el nombre de Ostensorio grande, aunque sin embargo es mayormente conocido como ostensorio de San Juan Nepomuceno por la imagen de este santo colocada en el astil y por algunas escenas de su vida representadas en la base. |
