Summary
[edit]DescriptionOscar "Bellis" Carlsson.png |
Svenska: En bild på boxaren Oscar "Bellis Carlsson" från 1900 eller 1910-talet.
English: A photograph of the Swedish boxer Oscar "Bellis" Carlsson from somewhere between 1906-1915. Note: The Swedish press reported that Robert "Bobby" Dobbs (1869-1930) lost by the way of KO to Carlsson, Sweden's first "home-made" boxer, totally self-taught. V. Leijon was the author of the article, where the photograph was published. Because no one else is mentioned as photographer, V. Leijon was probably also the photographer. From: Swing, number 39, 8 October 1921, page 8. |
