Description
日本語: 大阪市中央区大手前1丁目の大阪マーチャンダイズ・マートビル。略称OMMビル。企業の事務所、卸売・小売店舗、ホール・会議室などが入居する複合施設。9階・10階に京阪電気鉄道の本社がある。1969年竣工、1990年に外壁を全面カーテンウォール化、1998年に熱源設備を刷新した。地上22階、地下4階。設計・施工は竹中工務店。建築主・運営は大阪市、京阪電気鉄道、竹中工務店などが出資する第三セクター「大阪マーチャンダイズ・マート」。米国・シカゴのMerchandise Martをモデルに建設された。第1回BELCA賞（1991年）ベストリフォーム部門受賞。天満橋上で撮影した画像に変更、SILKYPIX Developer Studio 3.0で遠近法を調節した。
