Summary

[edit]
Description
English: "Orman kebabı" is a Turkish dish quite similar to "tas kebap". The basic similarity is both are called "kebap" but instead they are stews. Some differences between the two are: this one has peas and the other not. Also this one has the potatoes stewed within the meal, while tas kebap is served sometimes with mashed potatoes, and in other occasions with fried, cube shaped potatoes put on top of the stew. Note that this is a personal observation, not an academic essay.
