English: Etodolac and the polymer PVP K90 were co-dissolved in
Methanol at ambient temperature (24°C). The concentrations of polymer polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and ETODOLAC were 8.0% (w/v) and 4.0% (w/v), respectively. Add PVP K 90 in continuous manner at slow rate, the homogeneous co-dissolving solutions is formed. The co-dissolving solutions were placed in a syringe (10 ml) with a metal needle (diameter 0.5 mm) was used at a voltage of 15 kV, and the electrospun nanofibers were collected on aluminum foil at a distance of 8,10,12 cm, from which in 12 cm distance the robust Nanofibers produced which is selected for further Evaluation studies. |
