Description
Анна Федоровна Фурман (1791-1850) - дочь саксонца, служившего в России. После смерти матери воспитывалась в семье президента Академии художеств А.Н. Оленина. Живя у Олениных, постоянно встречалась с гостями этой семьи: ребенком была любимицей Г.Р. Державина. Н.И. Гнедич давал ей уроки; влюбленный в нее К.Н. Батюшков посвятил ей несколько стихотворений. Достигнув 25 лет, переехала к отцу в Дерпт, а затем в Ревель, где в 1821 (1822?) году вышла замуж за Вильгельма-Адольфа Оома. Вскоре ее муж был определен на службу учителем и надзирателем при Воспитательном училище Академии художеств в Петербурге. Овдовев в 1827 году, А.Ф. Оом заняла должность главной надзирательницы Воспитательного дома в Петербурге. Современники вспоминали об ней как о "русской красавице", "прелестной и высоконравственной особе".
