Français : Youmian ( 莜面 , littéralement, nouilles d'avoine nue), spécialité culinaire de la province du Shanxi, telle qu'on peut manger dans le Shanxi, où ici, à Ordos, Mongolie-Intérieure, ville située à la limite du Shanxi.
Pour les consommer, du bouillon (à gauche) est mis dans le bol (en bas), puis ont prend quelques morceaux de youmian (à droite, les nouilles en forme de larges cylindres sont collées, il faut les décoller avec les baguettes), puis on les met dans le bouillon où on les laisse s'imprégner. Au bout de quelques temps elles sont délicieuses et prêtes à être consommées.English: Youmian ( 莜面 , literally, Avena nuda noodles), Shanxi province cuisine speciality, as we can eat in Shanxi, or here, , at Ordos, Inner Mongolia, City, located at the limit of the Shanxi.
To eat them, part of the broth (at left) is put in the bowl (at the buttom), then, some youmian (at right, noodles large cylinder shaped, are sticked, you need to separate them with chopsticks), then you put it in your bowl, inside the broth, where you need to let them a little so they can take the broth. After a little time they are fine and can be eaten. |
