The folk up at Snow-Line Orchards in Oak Glen have a marvelous place to live. They get really busy in October and November when the apples are ready and the snow has not yet fallen. Oak Glen is a little gem of a place just a short distance from our house and we never tire of going there.
Oh, at this orchard you can buy a bag of freshly made apple cider donuts covered with cinnamon powder. Nummy!!

That is Wilshire Peak in the background named for the man who started the farms up in these hills. He began with potatoes and then switched to apples.
