Roentgen Examination: Shows lower unerupted and impacted wisdomtooth. The wisdom tooth in the upper jaw is also unerupted and hasan extension of round appearance and radiopaque character at the distalpart of its neck. Operative Findings: When the tooth was removed it was found thata round tumor, made up of dentine and covered with cement, was fusedto its distal side.
