Description
English: Iraqi children sit on the rooftop of a building at the Athar ruins, as a U.S. Army Soldier assigned to Charlie Company, 3rd Brigade, 8th Cavalry, 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, positions him self to provide security for the arrival of Maj. Gen. Robert Caslen, Commanding General of Multi-National Division, North,during his visit to the ruins, Oct. 16, 2009.
