Description
English: Figure 4. Conformational change in the kinase domain upon phosphorylation. Figure shows the open conformation in the activate form of FGFR1 kinase. The activation loop is open and causes Thr 658 to move about 23.6 Å from the inactive form to the activated FGFR1 kinase upon phosphorylations on tyrosine residue 653 (pY653) and 654 (pY654), as shown in yellow.
