Nestled on the steep slopes of Grandview Rd in Crow, WV lies a picturesque valley awash with the vibrant hues of autumn. Further down WV-307, the old Crow Baptist Church adds a touch of history to this scenic tableau. That evening, I was en route to Grandview in the New River Gorge National Park. Although the skies were overcast, and the sunset didn't unfold as I'd hoped, the beauty of the landscape remained undiminished. We set up our RV camp in Little Beaver State Park, located further down the road in the valley. Every day, as we drove past this breathtaking scene, it brought a moment of sheer delight, regardless of the weather. |
