Description
English: Om el Rakhum is a small village at the north west cost of Egypt, it is about 15 kmt far from Matrouh city, its soil is unique due to its fine gains sand of white colour, rich of lime ( calcium carbonate ) Its underground water table comes from water lens supplied from rain and affected by the invasion of the sea saline water, it was discovered during the Roman era.
