| Description |
English: Olive-Cake with red wine and white wine. The red is Italian 'Primitivo Salento', the white is New Zealand 'Marlborough'.
The cake is originated from France. Its a salt cake that contains Olives, ham (in Germany we take 'Dörrfleisch'), eggs and cheese. The side dish is a mixture of tomatoe pieces + red paprika stripes + carot and cucumber slices.
