Summary
[edit]DescriptionOldsmobile W41 Quad 4 engine in an older Cutlass Calais IMSA car.jpg |
English: A 1991 Oldsmobile W41 (190hp) Quad 4 engine in a 1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass Calais coupe bodyshell in the show area at Hershey 2019. This car originally had a 2.5 Iron Duke but was fitted with the newest Quad 4 in an effort to promote the engine in racing. The car was campaigned by Paul and Karl Hacker, who called it the "Hacker Express," and it won some obscure IMSA category after the succeeding Achieva had already been introduced. Here's a period ad and an accompanying mini-write up. |
