Summary

[edit]
Description Postcard of Grainger Street, Newcastle, showing at least two buildings by Gibson Kyle. The foreground building on the left was former Angus & Co. warehouse of 1868 (now demolished),and the other is the more distant Chaucer buildings of 1870, with the high gable. The postcard is postmarked 1912, but it was manufactured between 1902 and 1905 because it has space to write on the front, and a divided back.
