English: Old mine entrance, Bwlch Glas This is the portal of the Upper Adit (or No. 1 Adit) which gave access to the Bwlch Glas lead mine in the Cyneinog valley. Mining operations were virtually over by 1916, although some minor work carried on until 1923. |
