| Description |
English: Old lime kiln on Foel Fawr Part of the old quarry workings. Limestone would have been poured in the top and fired to produce quicklime for mortar and fertiliser. Lumps of quicklime can still be found near here. The council have tried to fence off the 'unsafe structure', but to little effect. |
