DescriptionOld farming machinery - geograph.org.uk - 889022.jpg |
English: Old disk harrow near to Downend, West Berkshire, Great Britain. Sometimes these things look old but are actually still in use. This one's life expired I think. – The arms drop down to run deeper through the soil after ploughing. This allows the frost to get in breaking the soil up further and making it finer. |
