Description

The front bike is a Swallow Wallow frame, made by Pete Bird. G.Berry ,C Hazael

I read somewhere that in former times there was a contraption which the postmaster used allowing the mail to be put in the post office by the Witham - Braintree mail coach or cart which allowed him to keep on sleeping. I wonder if that black panel is anything to do with it. The post office was certainly still in business in 1970-1.
