Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Old Penwortham Bridge from Penwortham Holme The old bridge there was built in the 1700s, and is now used for pedestrians only. Could you believe it used to be the main route out of Preston !! The cream coloured building on the right is the Bridge Inn, almost as old as the bridge itself. I've driven past it hundreds of times, but never until today seen it from this viewpoint ....... beautiful !!!
