English: Old Main Road, Folly Cross, Llanteg This is looking west from the Folly Cross (The Folly visible on the right).
This was the A477 trunk road (previously the main coaching route to Hobb's Point, Pembroke Dock) until road works straightened it out in the mid 1980s and left this section as a disused loop which now serves as a large layby and access to properties. The Oakland's milestone is down towards the bottom of the hill but not visible in this picture. Llanteg website at www.llanteg.co.uk |
