«Estando en la plaza de San Sebastián los reyes amados Fernando VII y su augusta esposa Josefa Amalia, fué restablecida esta vía crucis por disposición del Exmo. Señ. Capit. Gen. D. Blas de Fournas, y con la limosna de los devotos. Presidió el acto el Imo. Señor Obispo de Ciudad Rodrigo, confesor de la reina, día 10 de Junio de 1828»
