Description
Русский: Октябрьские ванны. Первый реализованный проект П. П. Еськова. Открытие состоялось первого мая 1928 года. Здание представляет собой строение в виде смежных кубических конструкций. Главный корпус завершает небольшой куб с часами и едва заметным куполом.

Строгие формы смягчают арка центрального входа и арочная прорисовка на крыльях здания. Позднее здание украсили горельефами скульптора Константина Леонидовича Луцкого. Укреплённые по бокам от главного входа, они представляют собой символ права всех трудящихся на отдых.

На здании в башенке установлены уличные часы "А. Пушкарев" с двумя циферблатами
