ไทย: เครื่องหมายราชการหน่วยบัญชาการรักษาดินแดน เป็นรูปพระมาตุลีเป่าแตรงอนสีขาว ถือพระขรรค์ ประทับบนบัลลังก์เมฆสีขาวเหนือดาบโบราณไขว้กันสีเงิน ภายใต้อุณาโลมและพระมหามงกุฎรัศมีสีทอง ทั้งหมดบรรจุอยู่ภายในกรอบรูปวงรีสีน้ําเงิน (ไม่จํากัดขนาด) เบื้องล่างมีแพรแถบปลายสะบัดขึ้นทั้ง ๒ ข้างสีน้ําเงิน กลางแพรแถบมีชื่อหน่วยเป็นตัวอักษรภาษาไทยสีขาวคําว่า “หน่วยบัญชาการรักษาดินแดน”

ภาพนี้มีฐานะเป็นเครื่องหมายราชการ กำหนดอยู่ในประกาศสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เรื่อง กำหนดภาพเครื่องหมายราชการ ตามพระราชบัญญัติเครื่องหมายราชการ พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๒ (ฉบับที่ ๒๖๙) ลงวันที่ ๖ สิงหาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๕ ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เล่ม ๑๒๙ ตอนที่ ๑๒๘ ง วันที่ ๗ กันยายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๕ หน้า ๒๐-๒๑

หมายเหตุ: ใช้แทนแบบเครื่องหมายราชการเดิมของหน่วยบัญชาการกำลังสำรอง กองทัพบก กระทรวงกลาโหม ซึ่งกำหนดไว้ตามประกาศสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เรื่อง กำหนดภาพเครื่องหมายราชการ ตามพระราชบัญญัติเครื่องหมายราชการ พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๒ (ฉบับที่ ๒๓๓) ลงวันที่ ๕ กันยายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๙ ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เล่ม ๑๒๓ ตอนที่ ๑๐๖ ง วันที่ ๑๒ ตุลาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๙ หน้า ๓
