N. Gray, of Cincinnati, an Elec-trical Engineer of wide experience, who planned the entire plant, thedetails of the construction being under the supervision of Mr. LukeLilley, of Cincinnati, the Superintendent of Light. Mr. Gray formulated a novel plan, which has proved an admirableone in bringing about the desired result.
