, State intercollegiatechampions, and the Detroit Y.M.C.A., both of whom they didnot arrange games with. Detroit A.C. met its only defeat atthe hands of the Hamilton Y.M.C.A. five, being beaten on theLight Guard Armory floor in this city. The Detroit Y.M.C.A. defeated every team in the State thatgames could be arranged with. The Michigan intercollegiatecracks, Michigan Agricultural College, lost their only two gamesof the year to the Detroit Y, being beaten both in Detroitand at Lansing. Detroit Y lost two games of the ten played,one to Hamilton, Canadian champions, and one to Chicago Cen-tral Y.M.C.A. team at Chicago. Chicago Central was conqueredin the return game played in Detroit on the Light GuardArmory floor. The Detroit Y.M.C.A. was the only team outsideof the Chicago Central five that Vv-as able to defeat the crackColumbia University five on its western trip.
