Following key in Vázquez, X.A. 1990: Revisión de las especies Ibero-Baleares del género Oedemera Olivier (Col. Oedemeridae) Eos, 65(1): 207-241:

1 - External costal ribs of elytra merge at apex with elytral margins (tough call, but second picture seems to show this): 10

10 - Elytra green without yellow markings: 12

12 - Elytra significantly narrower towards apex, male hind femurs markedly dilated: 13

13 - Head and pronotum wrinkled, fore tibiae yellowish: Oedemera nobilis
