English: Octagonal summerhouse. Above a pasture beside the track/public footpath which leads east to the village of Itteringham. This octagonal brick building with an oval interior is dated 1765. It belongs to Manor Farm House > 1026036 and bears the initials of one of its former owners, Thomas Robins. (Source: N. Pevsner & B. Wilson, The Buildings of England, Norfolk 1, 2002). |
