Description
Norsk bokmål: Fyrstasjonen ble opprettet i 1873 og er et kystfyr. Den har hele tiden vært i utvikling og har gjennomgått bygningsmessige og tekniske endringer. Fra 1940 til 1945 ble fyrstasjonen overtatt og bemannet av okkupasjonsmaktene. Da staten ved Kystverket overtok i 1945 var både fyrvokterboligen og boligen i fyrbygningen delvis ødelagt. Den gamle fyrvokterboligen fra 1872 ble i 1949/50 ombygd til maskinhus.
