Italiano: Questo obiettivo è costituito da un cilindro in metallo alle cui estremità sono avvitate due combinazioni di lenti montate su telaietti circolari in metallo. Ciascun elemento è composto da tre lenti a menisco, di cui quella centrale negativa e le altre positive, con indice di rifrazione crescente Da una parte il cilindro è filettato per essere inserito a vite sull'apparecchio fotografico, dall'altra, il telaio porta lente è dotato di filettatura per l'inserzione di un paraluce o di un altro telaio porta obiettivo A metà del cilindro è inserita una flangia per facilitare il fissaggio sull'apparecchio fotografico All'interno del cilindro è inserito un diaframma a iride, costituito da lamelle in metallo. Rispetto al diaframma le combinazioni di lenti sono disposte in maniera simmetrica La disposizione delle lamelle e quindi l'apertura del diaframma può essere modificata ruotando una ghiera concentrica alla sezione del cilindro Sul cilindro sono indicate le aperture del diaframma ma sono illeggibili
Obiettivo fotografico universale, produce immagini molto nitide sia nei ritratti che nei paesaggi L'apertura massima di 65° è allargabile fino a 80° utilizzando il diaframma e rende utilizzabile questo obiettivo anche come grandangolo per riprese nel campo tecnico e dell'architettura Grazie alla costruzione simmetrica è utilizzabile a brevissime distanze e per ingrandimenti e riproduzioni È consigliato per negativi formato 9x12cm, sia in bianco e nero che per pellicole a colori.
