Summary

[edit]
Description The peculiar design of this cable car has the advantage that it is less high and less sensitive to wind. There are plans that the cable car is rebuilt in two years to a civilian version. It is intended to open up new ski areas. Then a new funicular should be built at the end of the civilian cable car for the army up to their radio station on the top. But that's not yet so sure. The new funicular would in fact go down in snow at the planned position. Switzerland, April 21, 2015.
