Galego: Fronte principal do CSC Luís Seoane, no Pedrouzo, na rúa do Peregrino. Leva o nome do intelectual galego Luís Seoane, fillo predilecto do Pino, de quen no interior as paredes levan escritas citas da súa obra. No 2020 o CSC ten auditorio e área de exposicións, así como é lugar de ensaio da banda municipal de música, sede da concellería de Cultura, biblioteca municipal e Oficina de Información Turística do Concello. Encóntrase ao carón do Camiño Francés a Santiago.
