Description Two U.S. Navy Vought O3U-3 Corsairs aboard the battleship USS Pennsylvania (BB-38), in 1935. The center aircraft ("2-O-11") was assigned to Observation Squadron VO-2, the one on the right was the command aircraft of the Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Fleet (CinCUS), as Pennsylvania was the fleet flagship until December 1941.
