[edit]
Description
English: The Oregon Hotel at 3rd Avenue and South Washington Street in the 1930s. Designed by Stephen J. Meany, it was built in 1890 for James Nugent and Ephraim Champeaux. The building had suffered from structural issues since its construction and had its upper floors removed in the early 1940s, before the 1949 earthquake had a chance to destroy them.
