| Description |
Deutsch: Ortseingang Nußloch mit St. Laurentius Kirche an der Landstraße Heidelberg-Wiesloch (später: Bundesstraße 3; heute: L 594). Aufnahme um das Jahr 1890. Die Gleise der Heidelberger Straßenbahn sind noch nicht vorhanden. Der vor der katholischen Kirche befindliche Gebäudekomplex (Pächterhaus mit historischer Scheune der Adelsfamilie von Bettendorf) war noch bis in 1960er Jahre bewohnt. 1965 wurde das Wohngebäude sowie die Scheune für die Neugestaltung des Kirchenvorplatzes und für die Verlegung des Zugangsportals auf die Nordseite der Kirche abgerissen. Auch die straßenbegleitende Buntsandsteinmauer auf der rechten Seite wurde in dieser Zeit abgetragen. Die dahinter gelegene Streuobstwiese, ebenfalls im Eigentum der Familie von Bettendorf, ist mittlerweile bebaut, z.B. durch das Hotel Felderbock. |
