| Description | Now is this a fabulous view or what! The beautiful water foregound and the beautiful traditional Chinese buildings in the background reminded me somewhat of the Mid-Lake Pavilion tea house in the old city district of Shanghai, a place I had visited just the day before. (see my Shanghai album). In the foreground is a cafe with a pleasant sit out set on the lake. Now I wouldn't know about the mosquito problem but the setting is par excellence. We are now in the Xixi Wetlands Reserve and detailed notes about the reserve appear in previous captions, earlier in this album. (Hangzhou, China, May 2017) |
