English: View from the Nottingham Station car park, looking down onto the under-constuction tramway. Whilst the workers might be read as being at street level, they are in fact on the Karlsruhe Friendship Bridge, one level above the station concourse and two levels above the station platforms. The station entrance here gives access down to the station concourse via an escalator and through the 'hub' concourse. The NET platforms are to the right of the pedestrian level crossing that gives access to both platforms from both car park and hub. To the left of the crossing, the tramway starts its descent to street level. |
