Description
Français : Oppède-le-vieux est perché sur un éperon rocheux du Luberon, dominé par les ruines de son chateau et l'église Notre-dame d'Alidon.

L'église - dediée à la bienheureuse Vierge Marie - apparaît en 1511 dans un document sous cette nom, la première église d'Oppède remonte déjà au 11.-12. siècle. L'église est orientée d'est en ouest et le soleil couchant èclaire la rosace de ses dernières rayons. Elle se compose d'un clocher qii intègre un porche. Elle prèsente une nef à trois travées de 15,60m de long sur 7,75 de large. Au cours de 16. siècle des chapelles ont été ajoutées entre les contreforts.
