Description
English:

States that the officer in charge of the burial of the dead will report to the Chief Medical Officer's office daily. The medical officers in charge are directed to furnish their lists of the dead to that officer before the time in which he is to report.

Medical Officers in charge

of Corps Hospitals

The officer in charge of the burial of the dead will report at the office of the Chief Medl. Officer daily at 9 A.M. and 3 P.M. Medical Officers in charge of Corps Hospitals are directed to furnish their lists of dead at the office, daily, before the hours above mentioned.
