Français : Dessin numéroté 103 monté sur une feuille reliée à l'album. Les dessins D.15502 et D.15503 sont montés sur la même feuille, ainsi qu'une lettre autographe signée Clérisseau et datée de 1809, numérotée 102.
Marques, inscriptions, poinçons: Légende - en bas : "Ce portrait de Mr Clérisseau a été dessiné d'après nature en 1809. Il est parfaitement ressemblant quoique faire par surprise, c'est à dire pendant que cet artiste regardais des dessins dans mon cabinet, c'est à M.
