QUIGLEY, ANDREW JARDINE— Born at Dum-
fries, Scotland; son of Thomas and Janet Quig-
ley. Educated at Normal School. Glasgow, Scotland
Normal School. Ypsilanti, Mich.: Ag-
ricultural College. Lansing, Mich., and North-
western University, Evanston, 111. Certified
public accountant, scientific manager, efficiency
expert. Vice-president Washington State Board
of Accountancy, director of Washington Society
of Certified Public Accountants, fellow of Amer-
ican Association of Public Accountants, general
manager of Seattle Bureau of Public Effi-
ciency, auditor of the First Presbyterian
Church. Member of the Seattle Commercial
Club and of the Municipal League of Seattle.

DOVEL G. ASHTON—Lawyer, born In Madison
County, Va., June S. 1885; son of Early Beaure-
gard and Lucy Bond Dovell. A. B. of William
and Mary College: attended the University of
Virginia School of Law; early life spent in
Virginia. Admitted to all the courts of Vir-
ginia in 1910. Opened an office in Tacoma,
Wash., in May, 1911, as senior member of the
firm of Dovell. Cameron & Dovell. Member of
Kappa Alpha Fraternity, Office 1110-11 Fidelity
Building.

MILNER, WILLIAM WILSON—Born Union City, Obion County, Tenn. Educated at Obion College,
Troy, Tenn.: Clinton College, Clinton,. Ky.; then took a business course in commercial school at
Evansville, Ind. Came to Tacoma in April, 188S, entered mens clothing and furnishing business.
Present business address, corner Second avenue, at James street, Seattle, Wash. Member Seattle
Chamber of Commerce, Commercial Club, Athletic Club and Arctic Club.
