English: Devon General 937 (VDV 137S) Victory is a Bristol VRT with convertible ECW bodywork – the roof could be taken off to operate as an open top vehicle. It was based in Torbay but has been preserved and is seen at a rally in Norton Fitzwarren, Somerset, England.
