English: Apartment building at the northwest corner of McPherson Avenue and Taylor Avenue.
The Vrooman Apartments on the corner of McPherson and Taylor were built in 1908 at the cost of $200,000. They were designed by George Kennerly and commissioned by Claude Vrooman. Interestingly, famous St. Louis architect, William B. Ittner, designer of numerous schools, the Scottish Rite Building, and the Continental Life Building in St. Louis, lived at the Vrooman Apartments for a time.
