SY10 BEJ - Ford Focus Estate The Annual Highland Games in Helmsdale is a big day in the local calendar, and this year the weather was kind. Northern Constabulary was, as always in attendance, especially for the parade from the village centre to the Games field at Couper Park - which entails regualting traffic on the main trunk road to allow the parade safe passage. Thereafter the local officers patrol the Games field and interact with the public in the best traditions of Scottish community policing. |
