Summary

[edit]
Description
English: North Wootton: two straight waterways meet Looking east from the A39 just north of Glastonbury, as two dead-straight drains converge. The one on the left is called Long Drove Rhyne – Long Drove being the name of the road – and forms the northern border of North Wootton parish. The Hartlake river, which runs parallel with the right-hand drain a few yards to the south, forms the southern boundary, so we are in the wedge-shaped corner of the parish.
