Description
English: An updated version of the northern terminus of New York State Route 110 at Youngs Hill Road in Halesite, New York. This version contains replacement signage with the reference marker separated from the "End NY 110" signs, and no green and white striped sign underneath, as opposed to Doug Kerr's picture from 2010. NY 110 is named New York Avenue from South Huntington to this point and continues north as the Town of Huntington maintained East Shore Road, yet the striping along the road leads to and from Youngs Hill Road. Across from Youngs Hill Road is a one-way street named Anchorage Lane, which runs behind the Halesite Fire Department and serves the Halesite Marina, Ketewomoke Yacht Club, and other sea-oriented businesses along southeastern Huntington Harbor.
